The average home price in Peel Region was $960,351 in August 2025, down 1.3% from July and 6.7% from last year. Detached houses averaged $1.2 million, down 6.1% monthly and 9.6% yearly. Semi-detached houses rose 3% monthly but fell 2.5% yearly. Attached houses and townhouse-style condos saw price declines. Apartment condos averaged $538,336. Prices have nearly doubled since 2015.
